The Sunan Abu Dawud Book is a book of hadith which is still credibility, which is still widely recognized by the majority of Muslim communities, even though as the top two authentic books from them, still reap criticism. Before further on the study of this one book, it is necessary to first describe aspects related to the book of Sunan even though briefly.
The book of Sunan Abu Dawud, which is said to have taken up to 20 years, was written in four volumes containing 4,800 hadiths, this is a pure number without repetition, indeed in this Sunan book there are around 474 hadiths written repeatedly from the total number of 5,274 existing hadiths. But this is not a mistake, because the study conducted by Abu Dawud is not based on the chronology of Sabab al-Wurud (causes of the exit of the hadith) a hadith or based on sources of narration.
