The minimum wage works - the app for time recording
The official BMAS app "Simply recorded" is the time recording app of the Federal Ministry of Labor and Social Affairs with which you can record your working hours and send it to the employer by email. This can be used by the employer as evidence that the minimum wage has been met per hour.
The time recording works very simply: the employee invites the app to your/his smartphone. Working hours are recorded by pressing a start/stop button using the system time of the phone. The break times can be recorded manually by pressing the break button. If this does not happen until the end of the working day, it is pointed out to the legally prescribed breaks and adapted after consent. At the end of the working day, the period of time is added to a total duration.
The data recorded is store locally in the app. The working hours recorded is transmitted unencrypted to a email address entered by the employee by the employee, in which the data collects. The employer can organize an easy and quick storage of emails for his employees via set sorting rules in the email program.
If necessary, this storage can be viewed by the control authority without further technical equipment.
